1. Definitions

• “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Naturals Salon Private Limited.
• “You”, “User”, “Customer” refers to any person accessing or using this website.
• “Services” refers to salon services, bookings, prepaid cards, memberships, vouchers and digital offerings.

2. Use of Website

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information during bookings or registrations.
• You may not use the website for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3. Online Booking & Services

3.1 Appointment Booking

• All appointments are subject to availability at the selected Naturals salon.
• Booking confirmations will be shared via SMS, email or phone call.

3.2 Service Delivery

• Services are delivered by Naturals franchised salons across India.
• Service quality is standardised through training, but may vary based on operational factors.
• Naturals is not responsible for external factors affecting service availability.

4. Prepaid Services, Membership Cards & Packages

This includes Diamond Card, Universal Card, gift vouchers, prepaid packages, e-memberships and promotional packages.

4.1 Activation

• Activation occurs only after payment is successfully processed.
• Details will be sent digitally to the registered mobile number/email.

4.2 Validity

• Each membership or prepaid card has a fixed validity period.
• Unused benefits after expiry cannot be refunded or extended unless stated.

4.3 Usage

• Prepaid cards can be redeemed across Naturals salons in India unless specified.
• No two schemes, offers, discounts or vouchers can be clubbed together.
• Usage will be deducted as per branch pricing policies.
• A single membership card may be used by the primary holder plus up to four family members (1+4).

4.4 Transferability

• Membership cards and prepaid values are non-transferable.

4.5 Non-Refundability

• Activated prepaid packages/memberships are strictly non-refundable.

5. Payments

• Payments on Naturals.in are securely processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways including BillDesk, Razorpay, and ICICI-based payment gateways.
• We do not store your card or banking information.
• Completed payments are final unless covered under the refund policy.

6. Franchise Promotion & Investment Disclaimer

Naturals may promote franchise business opportunities through its website, advertisements, social media platforms and other marketing channels. Any investment amount, returns or ROI information displayed in such promotional materials is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be considered a guarantee of investment returns or business performance.

6.1 Franchise Investment

• The investment for starting a Naturals Salon franchise starts from ₹50 lakhs.
• The actual investment required may be higher depending on factors including, but not limited to, the location, city, property size, rental costs, interiors, infrastructure, equipment, local market conditions, operational requirements and other applicable expenses.
• The final investment requirement will be determined based on the specific location, business format and other applicable requirements.

6.2 ROI / Return on Investment

• Any ROI or payback period mentioned in promotional materials, including the stated period of 24 to 36 months, is an indicative estimate only.
• The actual ROI or payback period may vary depending on several factors, including location, city, rental costs, customer demand, sales, operating expenses, competition, business performance and other market conditions.
• Naturals does not guarantee or represent that a franchisee will achieve a specific ROI or recover the investment within 24 to 36 months.
• Prospective franchisees should independently evaluate the investment, operating costs, market potential and associated business risks before making any investment decision.

6.3 Promotional Information

• Franchise investment amounts, ROI estimates, business projections and other promotional information may be subject to change without prior notice.
• All franchise opportunities are subject to applicable terms, eligibility requirements, location feasibility, commercial evaluation and approval by Naturals.
